The Island Innovation Fund publishes all Concepts for public viewing because we believe transparency fosters discussion and helps ideas grow. The Sharing phase begins as soon as the Concept phase closes on April 16 at 5:00 pm.
Sharing allows others to read your Concept, offer comments, and participate in discussion. You are free to make unlimited changes and clarifications to your Concept. Any changes will immediately be live on the website for others to see.
New Concepts cannot be created during the Sharing phase.
The Sharing phase closes at 5:00 pm on Monday April 30. When Sharing ends, HCF will review all Concepts on the site. We will invite the most compelling to submit Proposals.
