Learn more about the Island Innovation Fund's requirements and expectations. Click through the list on the left to read them all.

Proposals

Selected projects will be invited to expand on their concepts in a full proposal.  Only the most compelling Concepts will be invited to submit Proposals in May.

Invited projects will provide a project narrative, budget, workplan, and organizational documents.

Full proposals will be due in June. A team of HCF staff will review proposals. Those that best meet the criteria will be invited to make final presentations.
